    Boneyard at Victorville Airport (California)

I had the day off on 20-Feb, so I took a little roadtrip to a Boneyard, I was looking for aircraft seats for the LAX Public Relations Department and was doing some fact finding for my company. You never know what crap you are going to find there.... Oh yeah, I had trouble taking photos, my wife did not charge the digital camera, so when I got there, I had the perty "Low Battery" Light flashing at me, ahhhh!

Tons of seats, yokes, dials, gauges, carts, etc

I will post a link to the rest of the photos later....

I want to cry! I loved every shot, thank you!
The three most common expressions in aviation are, "Why is it doing that?", "Where are we?" and "Oh Crap".

Tommy, How can you tell it is a 727? Could it also be a 707?

A few things tell me its a 727. First the door is full sized, TWA's right side forward doors weren't full size on the 707s. Then the space between the forward door and the cockpit, there's allot less space between that door and the cockpit. The 707 had a huge amount of metal between the forward door and cockpit. Then lastly its missing the forward antenna. 727's had their antenna farther back then the 707, the 707's forward was directly under the first window. Thou shall never question my TWA fleet history!!!!!!!!!!! LOL Fred you know I'm a TWA slut, if I had my way I might very well "snuggle" up to one of those T dub birds, LOL, j/k
