Television evangelist Pat Robertson suggested Thursday that Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's stroke was divine retribution for the Israeli withdrawal from Gaza, which Robertson opposed.

1. This guy's an idiot. What fools listen to this nut?

2. Is he implying that anyone who gets a stroke receives on as punishment?

3. Did he forget this thing called "forgiveness' that Christians so hypocritically try to spread?

And I thought I was embarrassed by my own religion during the priest thing....ha.

I'm going to go with number 1 Phil. Robertson is a total wacko, the statements that come out of his mouth are just disturbing. Funny thing I've never meet anyone who listens to him, I almost want to though just to see what kind of person believes what comes out of his mouth.
