Wow, that's crazy... It was all over the news here last night. I think that building is over by the 16th Street Mall, over on 17th or 18th (by the looks of the video).
The winds can get really bad out here, especially right on the foothills. Although Denver is well East of the foothills, mix in moderate winds with all the buildings and city structures, and it gets amplied. At least the guys were alright.
