    Colgan Air Saab at LGA

This is a minor spotting but I'd thought I'd post it for some who woudl be interested.
I had no idea USair express (Colgan Air) had Saab340 in their colors" I know they had Beech1900's but not the Saabs.
Shot came out ok..Unfortunatly a DAL 762's APU was giving off heat betwene me and the plane. Its always something else.

I've seen that at LGA plenty of times. Senga, you just gotta give some love to LGA once in a while instead of spending all your time at JFK and EWR. :)

Senga, Colgan has around 4 or 5 of these, they are used both in the Northeast for US Express and out of IAH for CO ! They are actually pretty cool !

US Express had a new hybrid at LGA today, will try and post a shot of this little surprise
tomorrow, Matt C if you saw it keep your mouth shut !

of course i know what you're talking about ron, don't worry i won't talk. the SAABs that are in the house colors are the newest to Colgan's fleet, not neccessarely new airplanes though. (those who know Colgan know waht i mean.) there is one running around the USX operation with a CO cowling though...
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

Are these really a special scheme? I just thought it was a normal flight.

    Hi Guys,

This is Colgan's "house color". They have only 2 in those cs. Very frequent visitors to IAD and DCA.
