Yeah I saw the 65th Anniv. AC A320 bank right over my house comin' into Runway 22. All the planes were going pretty slow today, was there more traffic than usual?
    Upcoming Flights:
    EWR-SLC-FAT (ida y vuelta...June 9-11)

    JFK-MIA-SCL (June 27)

    SCL-GRU-JNB-NBO (July 24)

Thursday April 13, lots of delays late afternoon and evening due area weather, couple of DL Shuttle 738's, something I had not seen in a while, Ted A-320, probably about the 6th in the last two weeks or so. Trump departed around 1740 to PBI, I assume for the weekend, and this little surprise compliments of ASA

Not sure where she arrived from but departed to BTR which shows a scheduled ASA CRJ-700 so maybe we will see her again !

    Cheers

About 30 mins after typing the Thursday Apr 13th LGA report the (at least for me) by far hightlight of the day touched down on 31 about 2150 !

With her logo light and strobes, and still/clear Flushing Bay as a backdrop was one of the prettist sights (decides my wife) I had seen all week !

saw her in YYZ a few weeks back,a grand ship !
The beehive hummm of the JT9D and GE CF680C2,the thunder of the JT8D-17,the rumble of the PW1830 and the high ,thin whine of the PW 545A are all music to my ears!

AC had a 767-300 in the new colors took off on 13 today around 1220. i had just gotten in and was walking across the ramp in time to see it climb out. even though i prefered thier old colors, it did look nice in the afternoon sun.

anyway, been a while. thanks for the help phil. stay tuned, same plane channel, same plane time.
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

sorry phil, will do my best. i can't be calling everyone and waking them up at 6 in the morning now can i?

anyway, today's traffic included a TZ 752 that departed to parts unknown around 1040. AA's "working together" S80 sat on A taxiway in front of my ramp for a good 10 minutes as ground control was cleaning up a little traffic jam. that aircraft later taxxied to the gate around 1215. oh, N727PN is still parked by 5 towers.

Today, Friday 7-14 was a pretty nice day at work (on overtime) Sunny (unhazy) skies, A-319's in the colors of PSA, Piedmont, and Trans Canada, plus the highlight for me, New Colors Air Canada 762, actually departed in daylight !

    Cheers

What time flights were the PSA and Piedmont? I ask because I booked my boss on an 11am flight to DCA. I wondered if he'd get to fly on a heritage plane.

Sorry Mel, your boss was on Ship 763, old colors 319. Piedmont departed at 1535 to PIT and PSA just departed at 1800 to BOS with Trans Canada just 7 mins behind in great light !
