Today I checked my e-mail and saw that I had received $10 to use towards my next purchase with them because the PTV's weren't working on both flights (JFK-BOS-JFK on the E-190). I got $5 for each flight. I didn't complain to them either. I thought that it was very nice of them to do this.
That's nice but me my bro and my mom got $60 dollars (each) off our next booking! :lol: 8) :lol:

I never got an email, but called up and got a $5 voucher (only one of my flights had inop PTVs).
