AA 737 - Winglet Bird - Makes Debut

Well it actually got finished in TUL two days early and AA's first (and for right now the only one) 737 with winglets made its debut ealier this morning.

The good news is that the winglet has a red/white & blue strip and says AA.com.

The bad news is that its not sched. to be in the NY area anytime soon.

I think it's great. Had they made it any more colorful...it would not look right with the rest of the classic look.

Awesome shot Rafal! It's too bad we don't get AA B737-800's at JFK any longer...

ooooohhhh I love the subtle advert on the wing tip..

its a clean sweep... now where s that 757? ;)
And I, I took the path less traveled by
and that has made all the difference......yet...
I have a feeling a handle of people are going to be very interested in what I post in the near future.
