Very, Very Cool BBJ2 at LGA Tonight 10-11-05

Tonight I got a real quick glimpse of this simply amazing looking BBJ2 taxiing to the MAT around 1830L
after landing on 4 in crappy weather.

Maybe some of you with the better flight trackers can determine when N737M is departing if it has not already ? First BBJ2 I have seen at LGA and have always loved the scheme since seeing pictures of her for the last year or two !

    Cheers

go figure... it comes in when i'm not at work. damn!
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

    Wow, nice.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9

As of 2015L N737M is still in the UA Hangar here at LGA undergoing MTC to the number two engine. I was EXTREMELY fortunate to be allowed onboard this simply incredible aircraft this afternoon. While not surprisingly interior photography was not allowed although I will NEVER forget the look and (new car) smell of this spectacular Boeing. The friendly pilot was fine with exterior photos and although it was a miserable day and pretty dark in the hangar I think I have a few I can post here in a few days. He even said the owner would be fine with me uploading them to a.net and JP. Even the UA mechanics were very cool with me hanging in their hangar and Matt Celmer was able to come over for a quick peak. More details with the photos.

    Cheers
