Where to Spot at JFK?

I used to spot before 9-11 from Terminal 7, from Terminals 3 and One at JFK through the glass, but now, I believe you need a boarding pass just to enter these terminals. Terminals One and Four will let you in but no photography allowed. Correct me if I'm wrong. I have been chased away from spotting on Rockaway Blvd for 22L Arrivals, so where's a place to spot? As I don't have a car, I can't keep moving about. I used to perch on the hill by 22L where you could see aircraft approach and touch-down!

I'll add one more location for 22L, just about anywhere along the cargo row is a good place to spot (not the cargo row off Rockaway), the taxi stands work, and the over stock rental parking lot worked for me. I spent four hours in that parking lot with employees going by and construction taking place and no one said a word, prob just luck but hey it work for me
