    Air Canada E175 LGA schedule effective Aug 1st

    Air Canada will begin accepting 15 new Embraer 175's in July. They will enter AC service on Monday August 1st on the YYZ-LGA and YUL-LGA routes:
    1. Effective Mon Aug 1st, 5 of the 6 daily AC 319's on YUL-LGA will be downgraded to the new E175. While being downgraded is never "fun" for any spotters, this will make LGA one of the first airports to receive the E175.
    2. 1 of the 10 daily YYZ-LGA 319 flights will also be the E175.

    E175 arrivals in LGA effective Aug 1st (M-F weekday service) will be:
    8:07am from YUL
    1017am from YUL
    1437pm from YYZ
    1448pm from YUL (just 11 minutes later! Hence 2 will be in LGA together)
    1618pm from YUL
    2114pm from YUL (will overnight)

    So, with 6 arrivals through the day, E175 spotting will be easy at LGA.

    Adjusted skeds on weekends.

    I didn't even know AC was getting the 175...and trust me, I won't be the first to miss an A319 at LGA.

    WHOA! now i need to get a small cam to get some up close stuff....
    it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.
