It seems that I am a very bad person. Nick stopped by one day and saw
me shooting pictures of the 727 horse carrier and I jumped in my car and
tore off! See, most of the time I do driveby’s at Republic and sometimes
only stop for as little as 10 seconds. As a peace offering to Nick, I
decided to spend HOURS of sorting through old photos just incase he
missed some aircraft in the past few years. This is only a tiny bit of the
jets that I have photographed and I am trying to stick to one of each type
unless it is large or special in some way. I put forward this olive branch
to you Nick. I hope to go spotting with you some day but I usually just
stick to my Derf style driveby’s.

Fred can you post a few more pics? I don't think there is enough! As for your spotting methods, relax! Stay for a few minutes and shoot some more!

In terms of actual PHOTOGRAPHY, Fred is among the best I've ever seen.

His motives are unorthodox these days with regards to the Anet and JP standards that are pressed onto shooters, and he simply rocks his own style and comes away with absolutely gorgeous stuff.

Thanks Phil, I think it was mainly because I did not have a zoom.

99 percent of the time, I do not have the access and have to resort to
using the camera on the tripod next to the fence! almost all the side
shots are done that way! ;)

In the first series of 88 pictures I posted, ONLY 27 pictures were taken
with any kind of Access, that includes me being in the helicopter over
FRG. The second set of pictures, 6 was were access was needed.

Does this mean you want to see more???

That's 33 more than most of could take... :)

BTW, who's the girl in the picture of the cabin of the bomber? Phil in drag?

And yes...I'd love to see more pictures!
