    EHRD-LGA 5/31/05

A private organization, TAG Aviation, flew a G-V into LGA from Rotterdam, Netherlands last night. Flight 359 landed at 8:28 pm.

What's up with the perimeter rule nowadays?

perimeter rule only applies to part 135 or 121 operations, not part 91.
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

What exactly are part 135/121 and 91 operators?

as I understand it, the perimeter rule only applies to scheduled airline flights, not privately registered flight plans.

part 135 is commuter and on demand operations. part 121 is air carriers and commercialrations. part 91 is general operating and flight rules.
