    A Few Shots From MIV

The Millville Airshow was last weekend and Senga, Tom Turner and myself took the plunge and made the drive for the Saturday show. We were originally planning on going Friday for arrivals and practice day, but the weather was terrible and we stayed home.

Saturday morning the Sun was shinning. Couldn't ask for better. But it wouldn't last. And it seems the Sun managed to hide behind those big white puffy clouds every time a good airplane flew its demo. Inbetween we managed to sqeeze off a few and got some good shots. Enjoy !

The warbirds were beautiful. Unfortunately they didn't have any of the big bombers from WWII, but the smaller fighters and bombers were fantastic ...

Mike ... I don't care if you don't like those old pistons, you just gotta love this Corsair. You do know what a Corsair is don't you? She was absolutely gorgeous :P

    Beautiful!!!!!

And there was other entertainment too

And, of course, the flybys and demos by the gray jets on a gray day

    Wow, it flies

    And some colorful stuff too!

And the highlight of the day, the Tora Tora Tora re-enactment of Pearl Harbor. Wasn't bad enough that the skies were gray, they had to add a ton of smoke to the skies.

We might have missed the Malaysia 74, but we had a good time anyway.
