This is just before sunset and just after a thunderstorm, and a rainbow was coming out in the drizzle!
FYI- I just cropped and sharpened the shot, no levels adj, ect made, natural light.
This pic is dedicated to those that went to the Millville air show. Warbirds? HA! ( no offense, well, perhaps Art! )

When I checked my email so I could host the shot, I saw it and had NO reaction. Then I realized that it was becuase my mind was just not believing what it had seen.
That is INSANE, Mike.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9
Wow. What a great picture, Mike!
Beautiful shot Mike.
You know I was coming back from Milville on the turnpike and thought to go over to EWR to catch the Malaysia 747. I had enough time and there seemed to be some sun.
But severely lacking in sleep, I opted to drive home instead. Looking out my window I did some of the great light you caught...but thought to myself, "yeah, it looks interesting from here..but its probably terrible and dark, raining or whatever ..glad I made the right decision..."
Boy, was I wrong!!!! :D
"Keep 'em Flying"
Fellas,
Thanks again...
But to let u know.....the light and that part of the rainbow was around for less then 2 minutes!!!
I did also catch a CO 757 as well, and missed another CO 757 ( went to whip out the camera, between cars looking at me and doing cop patrol, and hit the shutter setting, screwed it up)
Were talking about a very small window of time to work with!

Which makes it all the more impressive that you were able to produce such a great picture.Originally Posted by FlyingColors
