Mmm, just heard on Knick pregame show that Carmelo Anthony was flown to Teterboro on a private jet yesterday. Maybe this was where this jet was going?

USCG 6507 came in after 11 and sat on the Atlantic ramp until leaving to ACY at 1:30. Earlier around 9:15 they flew over my house heading up North to do "Hover work" at 50 feet
or so. To ACY they went up to 4000ft IFR.
FAA Flight Check 69 landed after 12 and stayed till 1:30 over at Sheltair. They were heading to ACY also.

I can saw with certainty that was not it's mission, nor is it a Cablevision aircraft. That's all I can say.

Most likely...it came from Midway and was carrying a sports team of very tall players.

Correct - per the FAA Registry, it is registered to Cablevision's neighbor:

    NEW YORK AIRCAM CORP
    340 CROSSWAYS PARK DR
    WOODBURY NY

    Same as N12NY:

Mmmm, Cablevisions neighbor and aircraft also use the same hangar. OK if you say so.

Yep I knew as soon as I saw that at FRG I knew the Islanders were losing another game. Nice shot Fred!

Damn Fred, that is a very nice shot! Great vantage and you really nailed the focus and exposure (I know how tough it is when the wrong side is lit)

Thanks guys... really loving that new lens and 7D! No sharpening done, just a little shadow highlight only. Loving the new glass ;)
