Paul, that Challenger used to fly with Hop-A-Jet (HPJ203) worth a look to see if it still is.

I think Hop-a-jet is a fractional, Correct me If I'm wrong. But, the FAA database has it leased to Jacura. Like many Net Jets, they are leased to other companies.
