Yes and I pulled up to the fence line of Rt 109 just as they were rolling (at 3:15)!! Very impressive take-off, low, loud and fast and it looked like Hornet 1 did a little tail wave for a bunch of guys standing by the numbers of 1. Absolutely beautiful day with the C-47 and B-17 up and down all day and a number of other AAM aircraft taking to the skys for Fly Overs!!

I was surprised and very excited when I saw the Catalina was flying with the other warbirds. I saw the Catalina in the air again while I was driving on Wantagh State Pkwy after the show. Although I would like to have another good look of her in the air, I did not want to cause an accident on the highway.
