Yeah its amazing how much we missed in the 90's. The 90's really had such wealth of old and new combined.

Thankfully I started shooting in the easrly 90s. So I got a lot of that stuff. I just wish I got started a little sooner though.

I do miss seeing 727 after 727 one roaring aircraft after another.

One of the last TWA aircraft I spotted at JFK was an aircraft with the St. Louis Rams on the nose and the regular TWA tail. I believe it was a B757. Who'd have thunk that the giants: Eastern, TWA, Pan Am, etc would ever leave us?

I saw that one at STL once time.
Heres my most memorable shot at TWA experience :)
I wish I had a better camera then. If I only has a longer lense then.

Several years ago, the Smithsonian had a great exhibit to celebrate their 150- year anniversary. It was held at the now-defunct also NY Coliseum at Columbus Circle. They included a tribute to TWA. I remember an old TWA menu, stewardess' uniforms, and other memorabilia. They also had gowns worn by the First Ladies, etc.
