Air Finland 757-200 and NEOS 767-300 (JFK) PIX 7/4

Shot Air Finland 752 and NEOS 763 today on 22L. It got really sunny for a long time but right when the Air Finland landed the it got overcast and then cleared right afterward (Of course) Then when the NEOS came it it got cloudy again and then cleared right after it landed- I couldn't expect anything else when you are a glutton for punishment.

They keep stacking them up Senga, and you keep knocking em down.. :borat:

But what is up with those Euro Charters being absorbed into the Blue fuselage/red letters abomination? Can't help but feel cheated every time I see those...

Tom, I have to agree with you on the Euro charters. It's called global domination by Thomas Cook/TUI. I remember the good old days of the 90's when a visit to MAN on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday produced a variety of color schemes, and a lot of sub charters from various airlines who were not regular visitors. Now if an aircraft goes tech, they bring in another airline's aircraft, but they are in the same color scheme as the tech aircraft, albeit from another country.

It's the same way with BA who took over smaller airlines like Loganair, Manx, Brtish Mediterranean, who all now have repainted their aircraft in boring and crappy BA colors :x

    Rafal,
You don't see the RJA A340? its posted......
    Refresh that puppy!

    Sergio,
Yes I remember your shot of it. I think it was the first spotting of it. Sergio rules the night at JFK.

    Gordon,
the Air Finland comes into under the zoom flight. So it arrives around 3:45pm-4:00pm. The 767 comes in once ina while still do chekc the trackers before you head out.

    Mark, Tom,
I agree. That blue Deathscheme killed so many potential airlines its sickening. The worse part is that when those planes are on an extended lease, YOU CANT MODIFY THEM AT ALL! They just slap on red titles and call it a day. If the plane was white or had a generic cheatline then you could have more to work with.
The NEOS is a PERFECT example.
    So is the GSM
    Heres another example.
