Hi.
Ok...my 2007 top ten, but before the frames, a small note.
I don't post here very often, but I really enjoy to take a look once in a while. I don't live in the US so the photos are all from Lisbon, Portugal - LIS/LPPT. I really hope you don't mind it.
First. A fancy DC-8 from Cygnus Air Corporation
a rare 737 from Angola Airlines before they had their operations suspended to Europe
a DHC-7 on its way to Africa
a classic on a VIP visit
another classic a few days later (Summer was great  )
a lucky catch (better to say...a very very lucky catch)
then a SP which is always nice to see
finally, a few day ago we had an important summit with some great aircrafts, so the last 3 are...
the next one, really a rare visitor to any place besides Malawi and South Africa
and another classic
I would also like to wish everybody a great 2008.
Keep up the good work and be happy.
Miguel Claudio
I didn't really do any aviation photography until about halfway through last year, but it 2007 was really the breakout year. Here are my favorite shots from '07, in chronological order:
Zero G 727 on the Expressway Visual approach (2007-05-05):
F-22 on static display at the McGuire Air Show (2007-05-13):
Heritage Flight at the McGuire Air Show (2007-05-13):
F/A-18 starting a takeoff roll at Republic (2007-05-27):
MX-2 just after takeoff at Flying W (2007-08-25):
American Champion 8KCAB just after wheels up (2007-08-25):
(I could've sworn I'd fixed that dust spot)
ANA 777 departing JFK (2007-09-01):
(See kids, sometimes clouds can be your friend)

Great shots, I especially like the panning ones.
