    Alarm Clocks

i've had about as much as i can take. i can't find an alarm clock anywhere. all i want is a clock that will tell time in military (no AM or PM) that has an alarm on it and a display that can be read at night without puching any buttons. is that too much to ask for? i don't need to know the phases of the moon or what the tempuratue in my batroom is. i don't want some wacky ass design or fancy colors. jeeez...

    ARGH!!
it is mathematically impossible for either hummingbirds, or helicopters to fly. fortunately, neither are aware of this.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. We have a small problem.
All four engines have stopped. We are doing our damnedest to get them under control.
I trust you are not in too much distress. —Captain Eric Moody, British Airways Flight 9
