The EY today, was A6-EHC. Also, SA operated an A340-600 in this am, ZS-SND. This is the first time I have seen their A340-600 here.
UA 767-300ER, arriving 13L, from EWR of all places !
Who was that white MD11 operating for?
Whoa, what was that EK A310 doing here?? I thought they only used the leased Atlas 747-400 for cargo flights.
DL 123 SNN-JFK will be operate by a 767-400 this summer. This is the only 767-400 flight I see at JFK for now...
DL 693 was also operated by an old color 757 today (2/22), N692DL. I wonder how many of the old scheme birds are left?
(2/5/07) UA 777 operating flight 956, and 905 to/from SFO. Of course these were once daily visitors to JFK, unfortunately, this is no longer the case after NRT/LHR were dropped.
Saw her leaving out today around 4:45pm. It was getting dark, though it was stil nice to see a 727 back at JFK.
2/4:
Cargoitalia DC10 I-CGIA
BTW:
Does anyone know their schedule into JFK?
Who will be located in Evergreen' previous spot?
IIRC, NW cargo used to serve JFK almost daily, they do not anymore. I think they dropped cargo services, at the same time the pax. 747 service was cut back in 10/05.
They must have set the record for shortest time serving an airport.
While driving on the LIE, I saw this rare LGA visitor around 7:15am...

That 747 you saw landing on 13L, was actually operating JL 48. This flight operates the NRT-JFK-GRU service. JL 8 appears to have the same arrival time as JL48, though it will overnight at JFK, and...
Wow,
JFK is getting real close to LGA in terms of movements. I do not remember JFK ever having more movements than LGA. I wonder if 2007 is the year this will happen?
Mike,
I'm pretty sure that white A300 you saw was operated by Tradewinds. No help on the registration though...
Just saw her landing on 13L. Even in the dark, very nice looking. It also had one of the special tail schemes, such as the one worn by some of thier 747's
The article states that this will be the first nonstop from NYC, to Havana. Though IIRC, both DL, and CO used to operate these flights. I think they even operated in the last few years.
Hi all,
Saw this plane leaving out of JFK early this am, around 6:55 or so. I know they do come into JFK, has anyone seen them before? Any type of schedule information would also be appreciated.
...
Place sounds real hip, will def. try to make it.
Greg
AUH,
Go to South Ozone Park and you have your answer..
Does anyone know the tail # for this 757?
I wonder if this will be one of the special scheme birds?
Actually, according to the schedule EK 201/202 will swtich to the 777W also, meaning there will still be 2 777W flights into JFK daily.
