Saw this on another forum. Anyone have any insight to this incident? I want to know what pizza place is so good that one...
As an alternative to buying the $50 day pass, you can get them cheaper on ebay. Just check the feedback of the seller you intend to buy from as I came across one seller who received negative feedback...
Great article and photos about Flushing airport. I live in Queens and fly out of ISP but always wished I could drive 10 min to Flushing instead of 45 min (or longer depending on traffic on the LIE)...
Saw a link to this on Airlners.net. I'll have to check it out next time I fly over CCC. Feel bad for the owners though.

Before 9/11, I was parked by the cargo area underneath the 13L approach with an old Radio Shack AM/VHF radio receiver. Two men in a marked El Al SUV pulled up next to me and asked what I was doing...
Wish I knew about Romney's plane going into ISP. I just assumed he would go into FRG or JFK. Must've been nice to see a jet at ISP that wasn't a 737 painted blue, red and orange!
Wow, just wow! My question is if one is not a suspect or under arrest, is one required to produce id, answer questions or submit to a patdown? It certainly was a tense situation but I would not have...
SFO. For a city that gets a lot of fog, it's ridiculous that simultaneous parallel approaches cannot be conducted in IMC.
Longest - JFK-HKG CX 777-300 15:43
Shortest - PPT - MOZ (Moorea) VT (Air Tahiti) ATR-42 0:08
Just dropped off someone at the airport. Saw an Arab Republic of Egypt A340 and the Spanish Air Force A310 parked by the cargo area.
Further updates...
BOS
SEA (OCT Start Date)
IAH (Delivery flight will be before EWR ;)
SAN (I believe this starts in the next month or 2 with JAL)
EWR
ORD
LAX
SFO
Hopefully this is just another hoax but you gotta love the geniuses in the media.
Last time I checked, Helsinki is in Finland (hint FINAIR) and by the way, it is FINNAIR 5. FIN55 is a...
UA also flies LGA-DEN. CO used to have a Saturday only LGA-AUA. In the winter, AA flies LGA-EGE on Saturdays using a 757.
China Airlines also flies the 747 to JFK. Air France was flying the 747 into JFK on certain days in August (AF10) but I think they switched to the A340. Last I saw it was on the 31st.
How about Metrojet & Continental Lite?
Booked a same day LGA-ORD-IAH (on 787)-DFW-LGA flight on UA & AA in November.. Even though the EWR flight is longer, it would require an overnight in IAH. Can't wait!
DC-8, DC-10, 707, 727 as well as 747 classics (-100, -200 & SP) that used to populate JFK from Europe in the 80s and early 90s.
Pan Am, TWA, Eastern
Let's not forget the L1011!
Delta's Transcontinental BusinessElite is a 2 class product whereas AA has a 3 class service on their JFK-LAX and most JFK-SFO flights (those operated by a 767-200) similar to UA PS. My first time in...
Yes, very odd considering they will be starting non-stops between JFK-HNL next month.

Although aircraft subs happen, they would not sub an A320 on their PS service. In the past, they have subbed a 767-300. If...
I was a member but refused to pay a "lifetime" fee. I read on another forum that Dave Schoen is no longer at JFK. Not sure if he just left the facility or left ATC altogether. I was also on the JFK...
While riding the AirTrain at JFK today, I noticed a United A320 near T7. Unfortunately, did not have my camera with me and wasn't able to get a pic. Since UA mainline only flies 757-200s (with an...
Wish MORE airlines offered tours similar to this. http://www.juchetravelservices.com/news.html Price does not include transport to Beijing nor China visa application fee. Ironic that the most...
