That's why at Delta we use the lockout tag procedure. The Power is turned off and a lock is applied and only the person who locked it has the key.

A Delta pilot told me that the flight takes like 30 to 40 min because they have to depart over Jersey and then come back and approach LGA like a reg flight.

LGA cant really handle ore traffic than it already does. I think that the perimiter rule should stay in effect. It's not hurting anybody
