Does anyone recall what time they have taken off, in years' past, for their Annapolis Commencement fly-over? They are slated to fly-over Annapolis @ 1004. Trying to get to FRG for take-off on Friday morning.
Thank you in advance for any information you can share!
Happy Memorial Day and thank you to those that served!

Will There be a practice Friday per usual?
Ken
Are the F-22 Raptors still staging out of ISP? Arrival date/time? I work under the flight path for Rwy 6 -24 so it might get noisy.
Any word on Snowbirds arrival time? And do they come in together? Thought I recall in the past them coming in in groups
They have done that fly over at the Naval academy graduation before and still made the practice air show. Yes I remember sweating it out then too lol.
I see some fellow nerds parked up on new highway...anyone have an eta on #7?
Nevermind. He came in quickly and very very quietly
For people in NYC, keep an eye out for the Blue Angels flying up the Hudson tomorrow morning around 8:45.
As per this Notify NYC update:
Notification issued 05-23-2018 at 9:00 AM. On 05-24-2018, at 8:45 AM, six U.S. Navy Blue Angel F/A-18 jets
will be conducting a flyover in the vicinity of Manhattan, The Bronx and Queens. The aircraft are expected to
flyover the Hudson River, north to the Tappan Zee Bridge and then to LaGuardia Airport.
OK from past experience with The Blue Angels ................
After they arrive Thursday morning they will hold a morning brief with 1-6 while 7 does media flights. Then around 11:00AM 1-4 will go fly down to the beach and get their land marks and markers. A little later on 5 & 6 will fly down and meet up with 1-4 for the 6 plane formations. Then 1 - 4 will return to Republic while 5 & 6 get their marks for the solo passes. Then they will return to Republic for a full briefing.
At 2:00PM the full team, 1-6 will go up for a full practice over the beach.
Friday # 7 will be doing media flights all day. 1-6 will fly down for the USNA Graduation in the morning and then after returning will again go up for a full practice at 2:00PM on Friday.
Just saw on Sachem Patch:
"2 F-22s will arrive at MacArthur Airport at 10am. Friday thru Sunday the jets (can't imagie both) will depart and arrive at show center at 12:37pm. Next Tuesday the jets will depart MacArthur Airport at 9am."
Anyone seen the schedule of flights for the show? Approx times beside 1400 for the Blues?
:frown:Bummer to hear the news on the AAM FB page that the Spitfire will not be able attend their event this weekend:frown:.
Hopefully they'll be able to reschedule it for June like they mentioned.

Only 5 came in, wonder what happened to the 6th
Any idea if the F-22 will do a fly-by at FRG?
Only 5 came in, wonder what happened to the 6th
Number 3 is missing...anyone?
Still in Annapolis. Wasn't able to overhear if that was planned or not.
Overheard on LiveATC now, Oracle-1 is critically low on fuel and requesting to land. Tower initially declined to grant landing permission as they're clearing the airspace for the Blues. But after some back and forth, Tower is squeezing him in.
Hi...does anyone know if the BA's are going up around 2pm today?
Snowbirds just came out of nowhere down at the beach
