Brooklynites: Anyone remember the Rockbottom store on Ralph Avenue?

In Bergen Beach. I used to go there in the 1990s. They had an awesome toy department. I remember across the street there was this huge lot of weeds but when I looked on Google Maps I didnt see this lot; looks to have been replaced with new housing. When did this happen? When did that Rockbottom close?

I remember in like 1991 or 1992 seeing a TW Express ATR taking off from JFK overflying this weeded area. I think it was still in Pan Am Express colors!
