Yeah I mentioned that the other day... that is a NICE surprise... I hated the fence in the way of the wheels there :-)

Guys the last I was out there they were now starting to put back up the fence..

Sergio. You around Saturday morning? I mean early, like 7:30AM. I have to be at Meg's by 1PM, so I could spot until about 11:30.

Man I love those shots without the fence being in the way, especially Delta. The Delta 744 is just epic beyond words.

But, all good things must come to an end. So this new fence, will it be strong enough to withstand jetskiiers?:tongue: Watch them build the new one that's solid or so high that part of the fuselage gets cut off in our viewfinders:mad:

No one happened to get N606JB departing JFK, did they? I may or may not have been on it. :)

A huge amount of JFK fencing was washed out by Sandy. Supposedly there are extra security patrols in place until it's fixed, which I would estimate will take months.

INteresting to see the difference in the wings on the ANA 777 and the Kuwaiti 777...that 787 wing tip design is proving popular!.

The raked wingtip is standard equipment on the 777-200LR and 777-300ER. Boeing appears to favor this design over a winglet/wing fence as it appears on both the 787 and 747-8.

The JAL and Turkish are also 777-300ER's with the raked wingtip.

The Transaero, Kuwaiti, and Asiana aircraft pictured are all 777-200ER's.
