who is to blame for this alrshow crash?

Every now and again a news article breaks that involves aircraft crashing due to totally avoidable circumstances. The information age has made this even more prevalent since people are communicating constantly, posting videos, photos, and even live streaming seemingly endlessly.

Speaking from personal experience, the most interesting things to capture are people and their machines doing interesting things. This has led to literally dozens of incidents caught in action often from numerous angles.
