Go into your User Control Panel>Board Preferences, and adjust to "-4" if needed.

Go into your User Control Panel>Board Preferences, and adjust to "-4" if needed.
Actually you can leave the time zone the way it is and simply change the "Summer Time/DST is In Effect" to "Yes."
