Though not a rare airline to JFK, an EL AL 767-200 just landed on 13L. It was inbound from IAD, operating under flight #26. I do no think think is a passenger flight, as it does not arrive at the IAT. I suspect Ariel Sharon in in the USA, reg is 4X-EAE for those who need it.
