LAX - 3/26/2011 (Day 3 of 4 - Image Heavy)

DAY 3
The morning started out overcast, cold and windy. I don't think it broke 60 degrees until I left on Sunday. During the mid day the sun showed up for a while. I still have about 500 or more photos to go through for day 3 (which I'll post tomorrow), but this is what I've processed so far. This was my only time shooting at night as well for a couple of hours with Josh and Larry. I was very pleased overall with the results except for the Qantas A380, because she never stopped long enough to get a good shot off. Enjoy!

Thanks for the kudos guys! It was a pleasure meeting you as well Brian. I definitely hope to make out to LAX again.

All the night images were taken with my Nikon D700 + 70-200mm f/2.8 lens on a tripod with a shutter release cable (no mirror lock-up). I went with aperture priority and set my f-stop to f/8 and the rest is history!
