If you notice the timestamp on posts are showing up an hour earlier than they're supposed to, that's because you need to adjust the Daylight Savings area of your profile. It's easy, here's how.
1. Click User Control Panel at the top right of the site.
2. On the left click Board Preferences.
3. In the row that reads Summer Time/DST is in effect click Yes.
4. Click Submit and you're done!
