As for me, I'm an aerospace technical writer going on 4 years. Currently I maintain the Airframe/Landing Gear manuals for the US Navy and International Navy H-60 Seahawk variants. I have also spent a fair amount of time working on the IETM (Interactive Electronic Technical Manual) for the Sikorsky CH-148 Canadian Maritime Helicopter while at my previous employer. Before comeing to work where I am now I also spent some time as the Lead IPB writer at my company for the F135 JSF Propulsion System, handling the parts breakdown of the entire engine.
I design medical devices for the treatment of atrial fibrillation. A great job for a great company and I get to travel a bit for work.
