jetBlue: Fly to Upstate NY for $30 each way

Fly to Buffalo, Syracuse or Rochester for $30 each way to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the "I <3 NY" logo. Comes out to around $80 round trip including tax. Must book by Friday the 21st and complete travel by November 14th.

They don't explain it on their site, but does anyone know if you get TrueBlue points for each segment or only for the whole itinerary? If I fly JFK-BOS-BUF, do I get 4 pts, or only 2 pts as if I flew JFK-BUF direct?
