My 1,000th Photo on Airliners.net

I finally reached the milestone of 1,000 pictures on A.net. I never could have imagined this after all the challenges getting my first image accepted almost 4 years ago.



I think this is a very rare and special image made possible by the incomparable, Fred Miller. Thanks Derf for your generosity and enviable energy and personality. I also want to thank the NYC Aviation community and crew for all the opportunities afforded and the aviation community which keeps me challenged to achieve better and better images. For me, the hobby is all about the pictures!

Thanks guys... Jared, it has been a tough final 10 images... had a few rejections and the broken screening tools did not help :)
