House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) on Tuesday said that angst voters have expressed early this election year is the result of GOP obstructionism, not the Democrats agenda.

Similar to Obama saying "we didn't get out there and speak directly to the American people" when in fact he did far more TV interviews in his first year than any president in history.
