Have the UN gone home yet?
Hi folks,
Spurred on by the success of Tuesday chasing UN related aircraft, I'm heading out in about 6 hours time to do the same on Sunday.
I see on redoneaviation.com that the Cameroon has gone, and the Phillipine 340 left SWF. Hopefully, there is still enough of interest to make it all worthwhile!
All the best
Geoff

IIRC the Abu Dhabi BBJs are actually from RoyalJet, a joint venture of Abu Dhabi Amiri Flight and Abu Dhabi Aviation Company and as such, are unique in that they are government aircraft you can actually charter (for enough $$ of course). According to Wikipedia, Royal Jet has the largest fleet of BBJs in the world (5).

I saw Friday's IL-62 depart from Andrews. Senga, it was RA-86468, yes? The pic is just a little too small to tell. Saturday's Royaljet went on to IAD.

Re: United Nations General Assembly 2007
I hope this doesn't get buried on here, but I just wanted to say thanks to all I hung out with and mooched off of during my recent visits. I've wanted a UN weekend like that for years (literally) and I wouldnt have been possible w/out Phil, Art, Mel, and Tom especially.
Just got done editing them...SP, DC8, BBJ's galore...Awesome!
Thanks!

Re: United Nations General Assembly 2007
Qatari A332 A7-HJJ as "AMIRI 7" departed IAD for JFK at 1832L on Sunday, so I assume it arrived around 1900.
