DL, AA, and B6 have all agreed to spread traffic out, away from peak times. When they redid 31L a few years ago, carriers didn't adjust frequency, and severe Ground Delay Programs ensued. Hopefully, the weather will keep IROPs to a minimum, and the carriers help each other out. If they all look out for themselves, they will all suffer massive delays.
