Great catches in there Fasil... love the SA Olympics and the Grumman BAC One-Eleven
-
Oooh! I forgot how kickass the DC-8 looks head-on! And it was a SIXTY series! You also got a way better shot of the BAC1-11 than I did, great shots
-
that all from the 29th? Talk about diverse aircraft! I don't even know where to start!
-
Phil not one in one day, in the past few days starting from last weekend.
-
Awesome catches! I didn't think that ATI was still using the DC-8s.

Love that tristar; I'd do a lot just to see one!
-
Awsome shots. Could you tell me where were the last batch of photos taken? I am thinking about making a trip to IAD myself.

Taken from the top of daily garage 2 for runway 1c. The spot is good until about 1pm.

What is that Porter aircraft? I saw it (or one of a similar type) landing at KBOS on Tuesday and I said to myself, "Wow, that's the largest turboprop I've ever seen"
-
Bombardier Q400, or the former DHC Dash 8 Q400
-
Yo! What's that private turquoise and gold 76? And are those Luftwaffe CASA's? Awesome job

The 767 is VP-BKS. It's a frequent EWR visitor. The German craft are C-160 Transalls, made by Aerospatiale and VFW. The German Air Force has a facility at IAD, so the Transalls are pretty common there.
