4 is an Atlas 742
Michael and N790SW are right, #4 is an Atlas Air 747-200.
I'll give a hint for #3, her regestration ends with an E.
I don't see anything else it can be exept an NW 747.
I guess it's the light that makes it look like a Northwest 747-400 but this shot was taken in September at JFK.
QANTAS 744?
Nope. Close though, she landed right after the Qantas.
Ok, last one until I give up:
Air France 744
And my guess for reg. is F-GISE
Ok well... since you did guess it right I'm going to go ahead and say so but you should have given some other people chances Matt. ;)
So whose got round 4?
Yeah, whoops. Sorry, I forgot about the "1 guess" rule until I just read it coming to this thread, my bad!
EDIT: You know what, I will go ahead and do the next one to make up for my mistake, just give me a few minuites

I don't know if im doing this right. Senga likes Games :)
#1 is NWA DC-9
#3 Delta CRJ
#5 is Airtran 717
1 is right, 2 is a half answer (Give the carrier that is operating the aircraft. 'Tis a special livery for that carrier)
I think #3 is going to be the hardest, bonus points for the person who gets that! (Double points! Now you ask, what do points do? Well that is the beauty of it... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!)
#5 is Airtran 717
the Delta CRJ is comair
Hows that...let me do the next one this one is done. I am sure I can make this very fun :)
