Sounds like he was running around for a while till they caught him, and that he was able to run up to and slap a plane in a bit disturbing to say the least.

Biggest nuts are paranoids who call police...I won't forget when a cop drove to me in Costco parking lot and told me with a smile: "we got a call, you made someone very nervous" ...:smile:

Obviously the issue was his choice of clothing.

Apparently the system worked, the human who was supposed to monitor it didn't.

On Thursday, a review of security camera footage revealed his ascent, according to Port Authority police. Cameras captured images of the intruder and an alarm went off. Police are investigating the actions of the person who monitors the images.
