Considering that the cheapest copy is more than $160 and the fact that it has been out of print for more than a decade I was surprised to find a PDF copy of this online. BTW ebookee is a great site for finding hard to find aviation books.

That actually sounds very interesting. However, I would be very careful with that ebookee link. The downloads have a .exe extension, which is just asking for trouble.

Along those same lines, if you're interested in the SR, Col Graham's books are worth a look. I got to meet him during an event at my school, quite an interesting guy with a lot of stories, and I think he donates all the proceeds from his books to an aviation museum restoring an SR-71 simulator.

The download worked fine for me. If get asked to download an exe file just close it and the real download button will pop up.

There's also an interesting one on the Concorde that's a direct pdf file
