Hoping to make it out for some evening spotting, there is a BA 747 that arrives and also more cargo planes.

The Phoenix airport does indeed look to be extremely spotter friendly, I see they even provide a porta-potty on wheels!! (above the cockpit in the Nevada-One pic) :)
