event. Fifty (50) individuals will get a once-in-a-lifetime experience to watch the first ever landing of the Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental commercial flight from a vantage point on the airfield! Lufthansa, which is celebrating its 25th year of service to Dulles and the National Capital Region, is the first airline to operate the latest version of the world renowned 747.

While I can't share too much information regarding this event, I would certainly encourage all to submit an entree! Also, for those of you who do not win, coming down to watch the departure and arrival should be well worth it, weather permitting of course.
