According to Newsday, one of the X-29s is going to the Cradle. It will be reassembled and eventually put on display.

That is so cool! the X-29 has always been one of my favorite airplanes.

ETA: Reading the Newsday article, apparently the Cradle received the X-29 that has been in the Smithsonian in DC. It is a full-scale mockup, not one of the two that flew in the test program. Still cool to have though...
