Spent yesterday afternoon at Logan, a weather front back in off the Atlantic and created some storm light. Went up again Friday morning to catch the cargos's and the usual fare

Great stuff Rich! I didn't realize that Alaska had a 737 with the Dreamliner scheme on it. Great catch!! And I was bummed that I couldn't come up this Sunday to be able to catch the DHL DC-8.

Steve, Nothing to miss the weather is going to be lousy anyways..... rain all week is what they are calling for...... I was glad to get the DC8 as last year they went back to an ABX 767 during the summer months......

Hopefully the DC8 will stay on this summer.. because Sunday nights its usually in around 6 or 7

Thats what I've been seeing on Flightaware. I have got to see a DC-8 in person! And the upcoming weather is gonna be lousy, you're right about that. Looks like my plans for the upcoming weekend are going to be cancelled on account of the rain.

Oh, does the DC-8 ever depart/arrive on Saturday mornings? I think I've seen it showing up as arriving on Fri nights on flightaware occasionally. Does it leave under darkness or first thing Sat morning?

Steve, The DHL flight leaves at around 11:00 pm Tuesday through Friday night.......so departure photos would be hard to come by....

Awesome set, loving N512AS, still have yet to get that bird in sun. N3765 was a nice catch to and the art on the tail of that F9 Embraer is sweet! Nice shots!

Fantastic set of pics! Thanks for posting these. The only lone 727s to operate out of Logan, enjoy them now before they disappear sooner or later.
