Wow that is a terrific image Brandon... you wanted C&C so here goes... I find it a bit underexposed... unless you purposely wanted it that way... a quick levels adjustment mapped the right side of the histogram a bit closer to the right.

the upper half is my adjustment, the lower half is your original. Cheers!

Great shot!!!

I've got to agree with Manny that the shot is a little underexposed. Black and White has to be very contrast-heavy and close to high-key or low-key to have the right impact. It's tough with aviation since the subject is the focus of the image, so you don't want to lose detail or information.

Here's a recent B&W I did, for comparison: http://www.tisdigital.com/Boeing.jpg You'll notice I almost blew out the windows completely, and the contrast brings out the rivets. I don't claim to be an expert, but I'm hoping I can illustrate my point.

Great shot Brandon! I have to agree with the others that the photo is slightly under exposed. Here is my take on it after running a plugin.
