Mark,
How do you have such good access at MIA?

Standard spotting locations - if you have a look at the spotting guides for MIA on the NYCAviation site - the holes and El Dorado - regular locations...

Now I see them. Good stuff Mark! I really want to get to MIA this year, even if I have to deal with 70% AA!!

Jeremy, there are times at JFK where you get 10 JBU, 20 DAL and 10 AA back to back, on both RWYs lol... it can be disconcerting, but then you get a special and it all seems OK... just edit pictures while that happens. Something good always happens, even on the worst days I always get rewarded.

The DC-10 is Royal Netherlands Air Force - actually - a KC-10
From the photo, it looks like tail number T-264 - the Dutch call it a "KDC-10". They have a second "KDC-10", T-235, and one "DC-10", T-255. They obtained a fourth "DC-10", tail T-253, which is used for spares. The two "KDC-10" were obtained in the mid-1990s, former civilian DC-10-30Fs. They bounced around between various operators - World, Garuda, KLM - before ending up at Martinair, who sold them to the Dutch AF. They are similar to USAF KC-10s, used for both cargo and refueling, however the boom operator station is in the cockpit, and the boomer uses a camera to monitor the receiver. The two "DC-10s" were obtained in 2004 and 2006, both ex-UAL airframes. The DC-10 in active service was not converted into a tanker, it is transport-only.
Very nice work, Mark!

Love the tail on the World Atlantic! Nice job, I've got to get down there myself (to visit my cousin, of course...)
