Hey,

I have been trying to load the most recent page of photos from the "Your Airliners.net and Jetphotos.net Pictures" thread, but have repeated attempts I am still running into the same issue. Each time, while loading the jetphotos thumbnails from Qantas_787 the page freezes and the following error comes up:

Webpage error details
User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; InfoPath.2; .NET4.0C; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET4.0E; Tablet PC 2.0; Zune 4.7)

Message: Invalid argument.

Char: 1
Code: 0

If I copy the above link into a seperate tab, this is what comes up:

document.write('') document.write('') document.write(' ')document.write('.jpclass2724 A:link {text-decoration: none; color: white};}')document.write('.jpclass2724 A:visited {text-decoration: none; color: white};}')document.write('.jpclass2724 A:active {text-decoration: none; color: white};')document.write('.jpclass2724 A:hover {text-decoration: bold; color: white;}')document.write('.jpclass2724 { position:relative; margin: 0 0 5px 5px; padding: 0; }')document.write('.jpclass2724 div { margin: 0; padding: 0; text-align: center; }')document.write('') document.write('
') document.write(' ') document.write(' ') document.write('</U>JetPhotos.Net (http://www.jetphotos.net/)') document.write(' ') document.write('http://www.jetphotos.net/img/1/2/0/2/22127_1294697202_tb.jpg (http://www.jetphotos.net/viewphoto.php?id=7026660)') document.write('') document.write('© Matt Loewy') document.write('') document.write('
')

Only seems to be happening in IE8.

Thought this might be useful information to help prevent this occurring for others.

I've been having the same issues as well............half a page and no quick reply box, only when trying to post photo's from Airliners or JetPhotos. I have no issues when using FireFox.

I think the issue comes with the volume of pictures on a single page as opposed to one picture on a page. That used to be the problem when Matt and Phil first gave us the ability to post the links to the pictures. I'm not sure if IE8 is running out of resources when it tries to cope with a page that has a lot of pictures - I've been asking one of our web developers here about it and that is where he headed in his first thoughts - the other browsers aren't as restrictive - he was going to look at some documentation and see if he could find anything else.

Hmmm... I don;t disbelieve you Tad, Mark, but seems that is not widespread... can you try different browsers? Turn off any firewalling programs you may have? Any add-ons that block Active X or Javascript etc?

I am actually experiencing it in my IE.

Because of the partial load and that I'm not at home, I can't repair until later this afternoon. I think I see what the problem is, and I agree that it's probably because of how many JP thumbs there are (I count 28).

I'll check it out later. In two months we'll have another feature that will end this issue once and for all.

Sorry guys!
