I noticed the Direct TV Airship hovering by the US Open, especially on weekends. The LED display is amazing as it actually shows video clips advertising new TV shows. Of course, when LGA aircraft are nearby, she stays away. She'll probably return this weekend, too. I wonder where she is docked. Does she stay at Republic or elsewhere?

she has been at Republic for a few weeks. I enjoy taking pictures of her taking off almost every morning. Great way of waking up, an airship overhead.

Took a picture of it the other night, not the best quality, the streaks of light are a car that passed as it was a 30 second exposure.

Great shots. I think her tail # is N154ZP. Is that correct? She was hovering about 3000' above the US Open yesterday and will probably return for the last time today.

Saw N154ZP, Direct TV Airship, again yesterday afternoon just south of Ashe Stadium while LGA was departing from Rwy 13.

Not working out of Republic this year.
